chocolate oranges

Take good chocolate (I used Lindt 70%) and melt.

Peel oranges, split into segments and clean off all the bits of pith.

Dip the segments into the chocolate, put on a sold plate and pop into
the fridge to set.

Serve 6 or 8 per person on a plate with a little slightly whipped
double cream.
