grilled chicken wings with tahini

12 chicken wings, tips removed
tahini sauce
1 small bunch flat=leaf parsley
1 lemon, quartered
salt and pepper

3 garlic cloves, crushed to paste with salt
1 tsp paprika
1 tsp ground cumin
juice of 1 lemin
2 tbsp tahini paste
1 tbsp olive oil

mix marinade ingredients in large bowl. Add chicken wings, making sure they are well coated, marinate for at least an hour.

perfect for barbecues, or use hot grill, griddle or oven (gas mark 7). Cook for about 15 minutes, turning occasionally until skin is golden brown and slightly charred, and meat cooked through. Serve with tahini sauce, parsley leaves and wedges of lemon.
