For some reason I suddenly remembered this cocktail whilst walking round the supermarket. I first had it when travelling in the US with a friend in her trailer. We'd come back from a day sightseeing and settle down with one of these before getting ready to go out for the evening.

Fill a tall glass with ice and add:
one shot of vodka
one shot of peach schnapps
top up with orange juice

enjoy!
