salted caramel choc potsrating:
Makes 2 pots
4 tbsp dulce de leche or canned caramel
½ tsp sea salt , plus extra to serve
85g each dark and milk chocolate
100ml double cream
Mix salt and caramel and pour into bottom of two pots - espresso cup sized.
Melt chocolate in a bain marie, then add the cream and milk, then pour onto the caramel.
Recipe interesting because: you don't have to make salted caramel, you can just salt bought caramel!
