simple wine from fruit juice

3 litres of fruit juice - make sure it's juice, and not a "juice drink"
525g sugar
1 tsp yeast
1 tsp yeast nutrient
1 tsp pectolase
Dissolve the sugar in 1 litre of boiling water. Bung everything in the demijohn, and fit an airlock. Wait :)
Should be rackable in about 4 weeks, and drinkable in 12.
